Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
How much does it cost to ship?
We offer free shipping throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Do you accept returns?
You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of delivery. You can find more information in our returns and refunds policy.
Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they comply with our Returns and Refunds Policy. Generally, however, you don't need to return defective products. We will replace them free of charge. The same applies to incorrectly delivered items.
You only bear the cost of returning non-defective products—products you no longer want for any personal reason.
Do you accept exchanges?
No.
How much time do I have if I want to return an order?
Our store offers a 30-day period in which customers can request a return and, of course, receive a refund. The only condition is that the order meets the conditions outlined in the Returns and Refunds Policy
What options do you offer for the returns process?
The only option we currently offer for returns is by mail.
Do you provide return labels?
Unfortunately not; the return label is the customer's responsibility.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee when you return an order.

It usually takes a maximum of 14 days.
